Refund Policy
Last updated: 20/08/2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a paid subscription to the Cygon software published by INSPYRSTUDIO (SAS, registered with the Chambéry Trade and Companies Register under number 101 208 809, registered office at Savoie Technolac, 19 boulevard Mer Caspienne, 73370 Le Bourget-du-Lac, France).
It forms an integral part of our Terms of Sale and states the refund commitment referred to in Article 7.3 of those Terms.
1. Our 14-day refund commitment
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the charge, without having to give reasons. This applies to:
- your initial subscription charge, monthly or annual; and
- each renewal charge, within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date.
This commitment applies to every customer, whether you are buying as an individual or on behalf of a business. You do not need to have stopped using Cygon to be eligible, and starting to use the paid features does not remove your right to this refund.
2. How to request a refund
You can request a refund by e-mail to support@cygon.tech, stating the e-mail address of your Cygon account and the date of the charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of your request. Once a refund has been issued, access to the paid features covered by the refunded charge ends, and your account moves to the free Starter plan. Your projects are not deleted.
3. After the 14-day window
Requests made more than 14 days after a charge are reviewed individually and in good faith. We refund as a matter of course where there has been a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a technical problem on our side that prevented you from using the service.
Outside those cases, cancelling stops future charges: you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, as described in Article 7.1 of the Terms of Sale.
4. Free plans
The Starter and Student plans are free of charge. They involve no payment and therefore give rise to no refund.
5. Abuse
We may decline a refund where there is demonstrated abuse or fraud, for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across accounts. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
6. Your statutory rights
Depending on where you live, the law may give you rights that this policy cannot reduce or exclude, including a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights. Where the law of your country of residence gives you more than this policy gives you, the higher level of protection applies.
